Christmas Eve at IEC

Each year, our Christmas Eve Candlelight service at IEC is a cherished tradition, and this year was no exception. The warmth of the season was felt in every flicker of candlelight, every joyful song, and the shared moments of reflection that make this service one of the most special of the year.

This year, we were thrilled to see over 1,200 people gather together to celebrate the birth of Christ. The church was filled with families, friends, and newcomers, all coming together to honor the significance of this holy night. We joined in prayer and song, surrounded by the glow of hundreds of candles that symbolized the light of Christ coming into the world.

Our worship team led us in many beloved Christmas hymns and songs. The message of God’s love found in Jesus Christ reminded us of the true meaning of Christmas. The service provided a time to pause, reflect, and be reminded of the joy and hope that this season brings to all of us.

Seeing so many faces in the congregation—some familiar, some new—was a testament to the strong sense of community that defines IEC. We’re incredibly grateful for each person who attended and contributed to making this service so memorable. As we move into the new year, may the light of Christ continue to shine brightly in our lives.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!
